If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return a product please contact us at email@example.com.
All returns and exchanges need to be within 30 days after purchase and need to be in new condition and hang tags attached.
We do not refund shipping costs. If your order falls under the free shipping status at the time of your return you will not be refunded for the shipping cost of the product.
If there is a product defect such as stitching or hardware defects we need the merchandise returned to Lola & Foxy for review. We do not accept returns from regular wear and tear or rough wear of products, including scratching or biting of collars.
Lola & Foxy will not be responsible for shipping and handling charges that are associated with returns and exchanges.
Canceled orders have to be done quickly. We do try very hard to ship same day or next day for your benefit to receive your product as soon as possible. If you do cancel your order and we are able to pull it in time there is a $3.50 handling/restock fee.
